Returns
At Mint Cottage Shop we work really hard to make sure every product is high quality and every customer loves it, whoever if for any reason you're not happy with your goodies you can return them within 14 days.
To do so simply pop us an email at [email protected] to let us know what you would like to return, wrap it back up securely in the original packaging and send it back to:

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed.
Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives incorrect or damaged please Contact Us with the details so we can sort it out, you might be asked to provide some photos to access the situation.
